CII registered to sell 27.293.055 CII B&R shares (HOSE: LGC) to exercise the rights that CII has issued to Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) to convert existing bonds into LGC shares. Expected transaction duration is from 14/03/2016 to 14/04/2016, and the transaction will be conducted through the transferral system of Central Vietnam Securities Depository (irrespective of the trading band and no cash-based transactions will take place). After this transaction, CII will hold 129,906,953 LGC shares, constituting 67.36% of the company.
